Use cases

For recruiters

Type //reject. Send it kindly.

The InMail, the interview times, the email that says you're moving forward with other candidates, the scorecard before the next call. The process stays. The name, the role, and the day change.

Nothing to install in Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby. The reply box is enough.

Watch it

Four notes from a hiring morning.

The key types, the menu shows up, the blanks fill. Hover the panel to hold it.

A snippet with no blanks is free. Asking for a name, or a role, is Pro.

The loop

The process is the same. The person isn't.

If every note is a different essay, a snippet won't help. It helps the half you always write the same way, so the half that should be specific still gets your attention.

  1. 8:40linkedin.com//source

    Before the coffee is gone

The ask is fixed. The reason you're writing to Lina is the blank you actually fill: the onboarding rewrite, not "I came across your profile."

  2. 10:20mail.google.com//invite

    The screen went well

Who they meet, which day, 45 minutes. You don't reconstruct the logistics from last week's thread.

  3. 15:10mail.google.com//reject

    The note you owe them

It names the role and the team. It does not shrink into two cold lines because you still have four scorecards to write.

  4. 17:30app.greenhouse.io//score

So the debrief isn't a vibe

What was strong, what worried you, what you recommend. Whoever opens the record tomorrow doesn't need the recording.

Where it lands

The inbox, the ATS, the place you sourced them.

SlashNijo doesn't move a candidate's stage or log the interview. It inserts the text into the field you're already in.

What you get back

The logistics go faster. The rejection stays decent.

~0sback on an interview invite

Name, role, interviewer, day. The rest is the sentence you already trust. Twenty invites in a week is the part of the afternoon you get back.

25snippets on Free

Source, invite, reject, nudge, a paused search, a scorecard shape. A personal set fits. Pro takes the ceiling off, and adds the blanks.

//a rejection that doesn't shrink

The 6pm version matches the 10am version. You stop cutting it down to "thanks for your time" because the next screen is in four minutes.

The half-minute uses the same 60-words-a-minute estimate as the counter on the home page. A two-line nudge saves less. A sourcing note with four blanks saves more of the typing, and still asks you for the specific part.

Keys worth saving

Steal these. Change the voice.

Paste a snippet, keep the key you'll remember between calls. Words in quotes are what SlashNijo asks for when you hit //.

Snippetlinkedin.com
Hi @input('Name'), we're hiring a @input('Role') on the @input('Team') team. Your work on @input('Thing') is why I'm writing. Open to 20 minutes?

Leave the last blank for something you actually saw. That's the part a template usually fakes.

Straight answers

Does SlashNijo connect to Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby?+

No. There's nothing to install in the ATS. Open the candidate, click the email or the scorecard, type //reject or //score. Stages and scheduling stay in the ATS.

Will the candidate see //invite in the email?+

No. The key is replaced by the text before you send. You still read it. SlashNijo inserts. It does not hit send.

Can the recruiting team share one library?+

Not yet. Sign in and your snippets sync across your own browsers. A shared library is on the roadmap, not in the product today. Until then, each person keeps their own keys.

What stays free?+

25 snippets, in any field. A note with no blanks, like a paused-search email, counts as one of them. Asking for a name or a role when you insert is Pro.

Do I have to use these keys?+

//reject is a suggestion. If your hands want //no, save it as //no. The useful key is the one you'll remember between calls.

Put the rejection on a key before 6pm writes it.

Install the extension, save one email you already send every week, and use it on the next candidate. The playground on the home page is the same flow, if you want to poke it first.
