From a selection
Select text on a page, right-click, and choose Create a SlashNijo snippet. The popup opens with that text ready to save.

Create a SlashNijo snippet
- Select the sentence, address, or reply you do not want to rewrite.
- Right-click the selection.
- Choose Create a SlashNijo snippet.
- The popup opens. The content field already holds the selection. The hint says: Selected text added. Pick a key to save it.
- Type a key and press Add.
What happens to the draft
- The draft waits 10 minutes. After that it is dropped.
- Selections longer than 5,000 characters are cut.
- If you are already at 25 snippets, the text still appears, and saving stays blocked until you delete one.
The menu item only shows when text is selected. It creates a snippet. It does not insert one.
Write it once. Type // forever.
Install the extension. The same shortcuts work in every tab.
